What Luna Is

You agree to use Luna only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Enter another person's personal information without their permission;
- Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the site's underlying systems, functions, API, or keys;
- Copy, scrape, scrape-automate, overload, or disrupt the service;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, or resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own; or
- Use the site for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
Intellectual Property
The Luna name, design, layout, text, and other site content are owned by SunWish Media or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. The personalized reading generated for you is provided for your own personal, non-commercial use.
No Warranties
Luna and its readings are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that any reading is accurate, complete, or reliable.
Third-Party Services
Luna relies on third-party services, including hosting, an AI provider, a location-lookup service, and web fonts. Your use may be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SunWish Media and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) Luna or reliance on any reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SunWish Media from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of Luna or your violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may modify or discontinue Luna, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
